Job summary

The role requires a valid driver’s license, EPA certifications, and experience with Entrata/Yardi/OneSite. Strong communication, scheduling, and safety compliance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; OSHA/MSDS knowledge preferred.
• Technical degree is a plus; minimum 1–3 years maintenance supervisory experience.
• Experience leading a maintenance team and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the on-site maintenance team and oversee Make Ready process.
• Diagnose and repair property systems, manage work orders, and ensure safety compliance.
• Inspect work, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors to stay within budget.
• Conduct safety meetings, document procedures, and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Support cost-control and preventive maintenance programs.
