Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and ensure our multifamily properties meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and manage routine upkeep across buildings and common areas.

You will lead the Make Ready process, supervise staff, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the Community Manager to stay within budget while maintaining quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and MSDS regulations.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications per EPA and Certified Pool/Spa Operator certificates are required by state/local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance team; hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Diagnose and repair resident requests and routine property maintenance.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance and safety inspections as per policy.
• Maintain inventory and assist in budget planning with Community Manager.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appeal of property and compliance with standards.
