Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team across our multifamily properties. You will oversee all repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety procedures to keep buildings clean, safe, and fully functional.

Key responsibilities include managing staff, handling work orders, and ensuring cost-effective maintenance within budget while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA standards and MSDS regs understood.
• Technical degree is preferred for advanced maintenance tasks.
• 1-3 years of supervisor experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team; hire, train, evaluate staff; oversee Make Ready process.
• Diagnose and repair defects; perform routine upkeep per policy and safety standards.
• Inspect work, manage parts inventory, and coordinate with Community Manager on budget control.
