Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: at least 3 years in property maintenance or equivalent field.
• Work Hours: 40 hours per week. Weekends as circumstances warrant; on‑call on a rotating basis and for emergencies.
• Equipment: wear back support belt, PPE as tasks dictate.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests and routine community upkeep.
• Oversee the make‑ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing and move‑ins.
• Inspect and ensure quality of work by staff and contractors; maintain inventory and order supplies.
