WGA Legacy Property Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical tasks that keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas in top condition. Formación

• Experience in property maintenance and repair operations.
• EPA Type 1/II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (license required).
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance following safety standards and codes.
• Performs make-ready process for vacant apartments, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Obtains materials and coordinates with maintenance supervisor on re-ordering needs.
• Documents maintenance activities clearly and timely for recordkeeping.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning and cosmetic tasks as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
