Job summary

ResProp Management seeks an experienced maintenance supervisor to oversee service operations at our Bradenton, FL properties. You will manage work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance, while leading a team of technicians and coordinating with the Property Manager to ensure resident satisfaction.

The role requires extensive maintenance experience, EPA Universal certification, and a strong ability to manage on-site operations, safety, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 8+ years general maintenance/repair experience
• 3 years apartment industry experience required
• EPA Universal certification required
• CPO certification highly preferred
• Residential maintenance skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, roofing, and appliances
• Trade licensing preferred but not required
• Must have own tool kit and reliable transportation
• Must live within 30 minutes of property and be able to rotate on-call
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of service operations to meet goals.
• Complete work orders including appliance repair and system maintenance.
• Provide quality customer service to residents and prospects.
• Train maintenance team members.
• Assist Property Manager with performance reviews and hiring.
• Oversee maintenance shop organization and property appearance.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Maintain a safe, accident-free environment and OSHA compliance.
• Move unit turns and renovations within target times.
