Qualifications

• Position requires at least 3 years’ experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.
• Must respond to on-call within 1 hour.

Responsabilités

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident requests.
• Oversee and complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments.
• Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings and ensure community compliance.
