Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for Senna at Canyon Trails in Goodyear, AZ. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and help keep buildings and amenity areas in good condition.

An on-site, full-time role with competitive pay and benefits is offered, including healthcare and a 401(k). You will assist with daily maintenance, resident service requests and safety checks across the site.

Qualifications

• 1 year maintenance experience in property management or related field.
• Possession of minimum tools required.
• Ability to be available on-call 24 hours, seven days a week.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours.
• Maintain supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.
