Qualifications

• One year maintenance experience in property management or related field.
• Possession of minimum tools required.
• Ability to be available “on call” 24 hours, seven days a week
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours
• Maintain supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs
