Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Austin, TX to support the Maintenance Supervisor by inspecting, maintaining and improving property and amenity areas. You will join a team focused on resident satisfaction, safety and responsive service.

The role requires at least one year of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and on-call availability 24/7. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• One year maintenance experience in property management or related field.
• Possession of minimum tools required.
• Ability to be available on call 24 hours, seven days a week.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure grounds, buildings and units are functional, safe and attractive.
• Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours.
• Maintain supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.
