Job summary

EMBREY offers a Maintenance Assistant position at The Artesian at Bee Cave in Bee Cave, TX. You will inspect and maintain the property, respond to requests, and ensure safety and appeal of grounds and units.

This role requires on-site availability, ability to handle emergencies, and a minimum one year of maintenance experience in property management or related fields. Valid driver’s license and tools are required.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance experience in property management or related field.
• Possession of minimum tools required.
• Ability to be available on-call 24 hours, seven days a week.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours.
• Maintain supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.
