EMBREY is seeking a Maintenance Assistant at Senna at Canyon Trails in Goodyear, AZ to support property maintenance, safety, and operation of buildings.

Qualifications

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours.
• Maintain supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.
