Job summary

EMBREY seeks a Maintenance Assistant for Senna at Canyon Trails in Goodyear, AZ. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor, perform routine upkeep, inspect facilities and respond to service requests to keep residents and staff comfortable.

Qualifications

• One year maintenance experience in property management or related field.
• Possession of minimum tools required.
• Ability to be available“oncall”24hours,seven days a week.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours.
• Maintains supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.
