Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Bee Cave, TX to support the Maintenance Supervisor. You will help maintain the property, amenities, and respond to resident needs with a hands-on approach.

The role requires one year of maintenance experience, tools, and willingness to be on-call 24/7. A high school diploma is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is essential for site mobility and emergency response.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance experience in property management or related field.
• Possession of minimum tools required.
• Ability to be available on-call 24 hours, seven days a week.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours.
• Maintains supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.
