ZRS Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Miami to support Leasing Consultants, analyze market information, and prepare for advancement to Property Manager. The role reports to the Property Manager and involves leasing support, rent collection, and resident relations.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.

Responsabilités

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws.
• Issue lease violations and coordinate with the property manager.
• Review applications and verify income and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure documents and payments are complete.
• Ensure residents’ billing is accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist in budgeting and coding, uploading bills for approval.
• Troubleshoot and resolve resident issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist with leasing and property tours.
