ZRS Management LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support Leasing Consultants, collect rents, audit move-ins, review applications, and ensure leases and notices are completed accurately.

You will work with the Property Manager to meet budgeted occupancy and leasing goals, handle resident relations, host functions, and assist with renewals. Weekend work may be required once a month, and knowledge of MS Office and property software is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Motivate and support Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks.
• Collect rent and ensure revenue data is posted accurately.
• Review applications and ensure proof of income meets guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all leasing documents are executed and uploaded.
• Assist with leasing when needed and take tours.
• Respond to escalated service requests and uphold customer service standards.
• Help meet occupancy and leasing goals with the Property Manager.
• Assist with resident events and renewals.
