ZRS Management LLC in Miami, FL is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing consultants and handle rent collections. The role focuses on reviewing applications, moving-in audits, and ensuring accurate billing and monthly reporting.

You will assist with leasing needs, resident relations, and renewals while contributing to occupancy goals. Some weekends may be required and benefits are provided as part of a full-time package.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong computer, verbal, math and reasoning skills.
• Knowledge of property management software and MS Office is essential.

Mansioni

• Collect rent in a timely manner and post revenue data.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws.
• Issue lease violations and coordinate with Property Manager.
• Review and approve applications and verify income.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all leasing documents are signed.
• Ensure billing accuracy for residents and manage monthly reports.
• Assist with budgeting, coding, and uploading bills for approval.
• Troubleshoot resident issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist with leasing, give tours, and support resident renewals.
• Handle escalated service requests with the team and maintain guest relations.
• Work with Property Manager to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
• Assist with resident events and maximize renewals.
