The role reports to the Property Manager and focuses on ensuring compliance with community guidelines and budgeted occupancy goals.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in property management, strong computer skills, and the ability to coordinate with theProperty Manager to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• Demonstrates strong negotiation, sales, leadership, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks.
• Collect rent on time and ensure revenue posted correctly in the accounting system.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws and policies.
• Review and approve applications; verify proof of income and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all leasing documents are executed and uploaded.
• Assist with leasing, take tours, and handle escalated service requests with the team.
• Support budgeting, reporting, and submission of bills for approval.
