ZRS Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Tampa to support leasing consultants, analyze market information, and prepare for advancement to Property Manager. You will collect rent, file evictions as needed, review applications, audit move-ins, and assist with leasing and tours while maintaining budget and occupancy goals.

The role requires strong computer skills, negotiation and sales abilities, leadership, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma required; college preferred in business or property management.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent and ensure revenue data is posted in the accounting system.
• File evictions as needed and stay informed on local laws.
• Review and approve applications ensuring income proof and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all leasing documents and monies are complete.
• Ensure residents billing is accurate and up to date.
• Prepare monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist with leasing tasks and conduct property tours.
• Resolve escalated resident issues with the property team.
• Support budgeting, coding, and bill submission to the Property Manager.
• Host resident functions and work toward renewals.
