Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Strong computer, accounting, and market-information skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly in the accounting system.
• Audit move-ins and ensure that all applicable monies and documents are uploaded.
• Review and approve applications, verify income, and ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Assist with leasing, take tours, and support resident functions and renewals.
• Handle escalated resident issues and coordinate with the property team to maintain customer service standards.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with budgeting and coding of bills.
