Responsibilities

• Motivate leasing consultants and assist with leasing tasks.

• Audit move-ins and ensure all documents are uploaded.
• Review applications and ensure income proof meets guidelines.
• Assist with tours, resident events, and renewals.
• Support budget tracking and monthly reporting.
• Handle escalated resident issues with the team.
• Maintain customer service standards and compliance with laws.
