ZRS Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to lead Leasing Consultants, collect rent, and supervise daily leasing operations. You will review applications, verify income, and help ensure compliance with community guidelines while supporting the Property Manager on budget and occupancy goals.

The role requires strong computer skills, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; higher education preferred in business or property management.
• Valid driver's license required; real estate/property management experience preferred.
• Strong computer, math, and reasoning skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Motivate Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks and track performance.
• Collect rent timely and ensure revenue postings in accounting system.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws.
• Review/apply lease applications and verify income documents.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all leasing documents are uploaded.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with budgeting and billing.
• Assist with leasing tours and respond to resident service requests.
• Support Property Manager to meet occupancy and budget goals.
