Responsibilities

• Review applications and ensure income proofs meet guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and post monies; ensure documents are uploaded.
• Assist with leasing, conduct tours, and respond to resident requests.
• Work with Property Manager to meet occupancy and budget goals.
