Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing consultants, monitor market data, and assist in advancing to a Property Manager role. You will collect rent, process applications, audit move-ins and ensure compliance with guidelines.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and 1+ year in property management, with strong MS Office and property management software skills. Weekend work may be required and benefits include health insurance and 401k.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with MS Office and property management software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent and ensure revenue data is posted accurately.
• Process evictions and monitor local laws and policies.
• Review applications and verify income; maintain qualification guidelines.
• Audit move-ins, ensure all monies are paid and leases signed.
• Assist with leasing, property tours, and resident functions to maximize renewals.
• Respond to service requests and escalate as needed to the Property Manager.
• Help meet occupancy targets and maintain budgeted goals.
