Job summary

IDP Properties is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Property Manager at the West Palm Beach site. The role requires regular hours, in-person work, and the ability to walk the property, including stairs. Duties include observing the condition of the property, arranging maintenance, answering calls, posting collections, keeping the system up-to-date, and ensuring HUD/LIHTC compliance where applicable.

Work hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and prospects.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe the condition of the property, buildings, grounds, and facilities.
• Arrange maintenance, repair, and improvement as needed.
• Answer the telephone and take messages for prospects; log on reports.
• Post collections and update the property management system with current data.
• Maintain resident files and ensure HUD/LIHTC compliance where applicable.
• Assist other office staff as directed and complete any filing duties assigned.
• Work hours are set by the Regional Manager: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; no changes without approval.
