Job summary

Hotwire Communications Ltd. seeks a New Property Launch Concierge to perform in-home surveys and assess customer needs for new launch properties in Florida. You will review existing services, recommend upgrades, and help secure orders for services in the assigned territory.

The role emphasizes customer service, knowledge of VOIP and fiber optics, and opportunities to upsell security and home automation solutions. Field-based position with travel within local properties and events.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset with ability to explain complex technology to customers
• Familiarity with VOIP, LAN, TCP/IP, and fiber optics concepts is expected
• Strong interest in home automation and related services

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home, in-person surveys to assess client needs in new launch properties
• Suggest upgrades and additional products like security and home automation
• Obtain orders or contracts for services paid by clients
• On-site engagement at customers' homes and community locations
• Identify upsell opportunities during community events and sales activities
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes and training
• Maintain product knowledge and participate in weekly meetings and workshops
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
