Job summary

Hotwire Communications is seeking a New Property Launch Concierge to conduct in-home surveys and recommend services for new launch properties within the assigned local territory.

The role focuses on ensuring customers receive bulk services, upselling security and home automation solutions, and closing service orders with on-site support. A background in telecom, customer service, and sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Familiar with VOIP, LAN, TCP/IP and telecom equipment.
• Able to upsell and promote services.
• Must have active, clean, state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home, in-person surveys at assigned properties.
• Review existing services to suggest upgrades or additional products (security, home automation).
• Obtain orders or contracts for services to be paid by the client.
• Attend on-site visits in homes and community locations.
• Identify upselling opportunities by targeting residential prospects within assigned events.
• Stay current on competitive offers and industry trends to inform sales strategy.
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes and meet revenue goals.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services and participate in weekly meetings.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
