Job summary

Hotwire Communications Ltd is seeking a Launch Engagement Specialist to deliver best-in-class customer service to new on-boarding customers and deepen engagement with our HW products and services. You will handle high call volumes, guide customers through installation, explain first bills, and provide technical IPTV/Internet support with a focus on White Glove service and proactive problem solving.

A quiet home workspace and reliable broadband are required for remote work, with DSL or high-speed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support.
• Excellent English communication; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to work nontraditional schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high call volume regarding new installations, scheduling follow-ups, and explaining first bills.
• Provide White Glove Service and act as primary liaison with new customers.
• Assist customers with setting up new service and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain knowledge of Hotwire and Fision product lines; provide technical IPTV/Internet support.
• Investigate caller concerns and develop action plans to resolve issues.
• Promote and maintain high quality, professional service on every call.
• Other duties as required or assigned.
