Job summary

Hotwire Communications Ltd. seeks an in-home sales specialist to perform on-site property surveys and recommend bundled services, including security and home automation. You will engage customers, capture orders, and build rapport for future upgrades within an assigned local territory.

The role requires passion for technology, VOIP and networking basics, and prior sales or upgrading experience. A clean driving license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with tech awareness.
• Understanding of VOIP, LAN, TCP/IP basics.
• Familiar with Alcatel, Cisco, ZTE and IPTV concepts.
• Experience in sales or upgrading opportunities.
• Must have active clean state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure new property launch customers receive bulk services and review services to suggest upgrades.
• Obtain orders or contracts for services paid by client.
• Attend on-site in customers' homes and community locations.
• Identify upselling opportunities with residential prospects at events.
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes.
• Maintain knowledge through meetings and workshops.
