BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Porter to maintain the exterior grounds and interior common areas of our properties. The role requires a strong service mindset and professional conduct with residents and team members.

Key duties include grounds maintenance, trash-out assistance, and ensuring clean, organized work areas. The position may involve pool area upkeep and occasional scheduling flexibility based on business needs.

Formación

• Experience in grounds maintenance or janitorial work preferred.
• Basic knowledge of interior/exterior maintenance and cleaning.
• Ability to operate basic tools and cleaning equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain exterior grounds and interior common areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops.
• May assist with pool area cleaning.
