Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Porter to maintain the exterior grounds and interior common areas of our residential properties. This role emphasizes service to residents and staff with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and teamwork.

Typical duties include assisting with trash outs, landscaping, pool area upkeep, posting notices when needed, and maintaining orderly work areas. The position is on-site with potential overtime and on-call shifts in a fast-paced multifamily setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in exterior grounds maintenance and cleaning of common areas.
• Ability to operate basic maintenance tools.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and interior common areas of the property.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable.
• May assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area.
• Post notices to vacate or other community communications as needed.
• Keep work areas and maintenance shops organized and clean.
