Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Porter to maintain exterior grounds and interior common areas of our property in Winter Park, FL. You will support trash outs, uphold cleanliness, and reflect the company’s professional standards in all guest and resident interactions.

Ideal candidates have experience with grounds maintenance or janitorial tasks, basic tool handling, and the ability to operate maintenance equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or janitorial work.
• Ability to use basic maintenance tools and cleaning equipment.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas of the property, plus interior common areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops.
• May assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area.
• Post notices to vacate and other community communications.
