Job summary

BH Management, LLC is hiring a Porter to maintain the exterior grounds and common areas of our property, plus interior common areas. The role emphasizes service to residents and a professional, courteous representation of the company.

Responsibilities include trash outs, landscaping, pool area upkeep, and posting notices. Schedule typically Monday–Friday with potential for overtime and on-call shifts to meet property needs.

Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping and/or general maintenance/janitorial experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic interior/exterior maintenance, hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair preferred.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the exterior grounds and common areas of the property, plus interior common areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs, when applicable.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops.
• Assist with pool cleaning and surrounding area.
• Post notices to vacate and other community communication, if applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
