Job summary

The ideal candidate has experience in grounds maintenance or janitorial tasks, basic maintenance skills, and the ability to operate cleaning equipment. This on-site position requires flexibility for schedule variations and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Grounds maintenance, landscaping, or janitorial experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of interior/exterior maintenance and cleaning equipment.
• Basic building maintenance and repair knowledge.
• Basic computer skills to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas, plus interior common areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops.
• May assist with cleaning and maintaining pool and surrounding area.
• Post notices to vacate and other community communications as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
