Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Porter to maintain the exterior grounds and common areas of the property, including interior spaces. Responsibilities include assisting with trash outs after move-outs and ensuring overall cleanliness and organization of work areas.

The role supports resident satisfaction through dependable maintenance and service. The ideal candidate has prior grounds maintenance or janitorial experience, basic knowledge of building maintenance, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping and/or general maintenance/janitorial work.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair.
• Basic computer skills to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas of the property and interior common areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable.
• Keep work areas and maintenance shops clean and organized.
• Support with pool area cleanliness and routine property maintenance tasks.
• Post notices to vacate or communicate with residents as needed.
