Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Porter to maintain the exterior grounds and common areas of our property, and assist with interior common areas. You will showcase a professional, courteous demeanor while supporting our customer service goals on-site in a multifamily setting.

The role includes landscaping, trash-out support, maintenance shop organization, and possible pool area duties. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping and/or general maintenance/janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the exterior grounds and common areas of the property, plus interior common areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs, when applicable.
• Maintain condition of exterior grounds and common areas (landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings, gutters).
• Ensure organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops.
• May assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area.
• Post notices to vacate and other community communications, if applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
