Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas of the property and interior common areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs and general site cleanliness.
• Support with basic maintenance tasks and operate tools as needed.
• Post notices and communicate with residents as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
