Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Porter to maintain the exterior grounds and interior common areas of our community. You will support trash outs after move-outs, participate in landscaping, and keep parking areas, sidewalks, and entryways in top condition.

This role requires basic maintenance knowledge, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The candidate should lift up to 50 pounds and be prepared for an on-call schedule and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or general maintenance preferred.
• Familiar with use of basic hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas of the property, plus interior common areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs, when applicable.
• Post notices to vacate and other community communications.
• Ensure organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops.
• Assist with pool cleaning and maintenance as needed.
