Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Porter to keep the exterior grounds and common areas in top condition. The role includes helping with trash outs after move-outs, maintaining property cleanliness, and supporting pool areas as needed.

The position emphasizes service to residents and coworkers and requires basic maintenance knowledge. Schedule is Monday–Friday with potential extended hours and on-call rotation per business needs.

Qualifications

• Prior grounds maintenance or janitorial experience preferred.
• Basic use of hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Basic building maintenance knowledge helpful.
• Basic computer skills to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the exterior grounds and common areas of the property, plus interior common areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs, when applicable.
• Keep outdoor spaces, sidewalks, parking lots, and gutters in good condition.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining the pool and surrounding area.
• Post notices to vacate and other community communications, if applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
