Job summary

BH Management in Conroe, TX is seeking a motivated Porter to maintain the exterior grounds and common areas of the property, and to assist with interior spaces as needed. You will help with trash outs after move-outs and keep parking lots, sidewalks, and buildings clean and safe.

The ideal candidate has basic maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial experience, can lift 50 pounds, and works well with teammates.

Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of grounds maintenance, landscaping and/or general maintenance/janitorial experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair preferred.
• Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas of the property, plus interior common areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable.
• Keep parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, buildings and gutters clean and safe.
• Manage organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops.
• Support pool area cleaning and surrounding spaces as needed.
