Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to perform and oversee routine and preventive maintenance across the community. You will diagnose issues, repair systems, and manage make-ready tasks for new move-ins, ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with tools, adherence to policies, and strong customer service to residents. A valid driver's license and EPA certifications are preferred; schedule is Monday-Friday

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and related experience.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units and schedules vendors.
• Develops cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds and common areas.
• Inspects work by others and by contractors for quality and safety.
• Maintains inventory and orders supplies within budget.
• Performs monthly preventative maintenance per policy.
