Job summary

Paradise Management, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain outdoor spaces and assist the property team in keeping common areas clean and safe. The role involves daily grounds upkeep, debris removal, litter control, and assisting with trash-out duties as needed.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices and restrooms, maintaining models, coordinating with the Service Manager, and following safety procedures in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Able to perform repetitive outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable using cleaning chemicals with proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Physically walk the property daily and remove litter and debris.
• Clean offices, clubroom, and restrooms daily before 9:00 a.m.
• Assist with trash-out duties in vacated apartments as needed.
• Distribute resident communications and maintain grounds and storage areas.
• Follow safety precautions and report unsafe conditions immediately.
