Job summary

Paradise-Management,-LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain outdoor spaces and assist staff in property upkeep. You will perform daily grounds maintenance, litter removal, and cleaning tasks to preserve curb appeal and safety.

You will work under the Service Manager and Property Manager, handling trash-out duties, safety practices, and routine upkeep. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in safe use/maintenance of cleaning supplies, chemicals and tools.
• Ability to lift and move items as described, with assistance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily grounds upkeep: walk property, remove litter, and keep areas neat (clubhouse, dog park, courtyards, walkways, parking).
• Check dog stations, empty trash, replenish bags.
• Detail property with blower and water plants; clean breezeways and storage areas.
• Assist with trash-out in vacated apartments and unload/transfer materials to dumpsters.
• Distribute resident communications and complete daily safety and maintenance checklists.
• Performs additional duties as directed by Service Manager/Property Manager.
