Job summary

Paradise Management LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain exterior grounds, assist staff, and help keep the property in top condition. The role includes daily grounds work, cleaning common areas, and supporting trash-out duties and resident communications.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to work outdoors in varying conditions, and committed to safety and teamwork with the property staff.

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning supplies, chemicals and tools.
• Required to wear back support belt, gloves, and other personal protective equipment as tasks dictate.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily and remove litter to maintain curb appeal.
• Clean the office, clubroom, and restrooms on a daily basis.
• Assist with various physical tasks as directed; e.g., tearing down fences, digging post holes, carrying abandoned furniture, remove appliances.
• Distribute resident communications to residents and complete the daily checklist.
