Job summary

BH Management is seeking a Porter to maintain the exterior grounds and interior common areas of a multifamily property. The role emphasizes service to residents and professional representation.

Daily tasks include trash outs after move-outs, landscaping, parking lot and sidewalk maintenance, building and gutter upkeep, and pool area care. Some overtime and rotating on-call schedules may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping or general maintenance/janitorial preferred.
• Basic maintenance knowledge and ability to use cleaning equipment.
• Basic computer skills to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and interior common areas.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable.
• Post notices to vacate and communicate with residents if needed.
• Keep work areas and maintenance shops organized and clean.
• May assist with pool cleaning and surrounding area.
• Work schedule Monday–Friday; some overtime and on-call rotations.
