The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of general labor experience, ability to meet physical demands, and a HS diploma. Training and safety-focused environment offered.

• Ability to meet physical demands and follow directions.
• Familiarity with the safe use and upkeep of tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall appearance of community grounds and common areas.
• Daily trash pickup and blowing walkways.
• Maintain landscaping and power washing surfaces as needed.
• Support maintenance and property teams as directed by supervisors.
• Keep property clean and welcoming for residents and guests.
