RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior grounds, amenities, and curb appeal across the community. You will perform tasks and minor repairs under the guidance of the Service Manager to ensure a safe, attractive living environment for residents.

The role requires working outdoors, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional weekend shifts. You will interact with residents, respond to maintenance requests, and uphold RangeWater safety policies across sites.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management and customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills to access company software.

Responsabilidades

• Inspects the community to keep grounds and amenities neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from common areas and vacant apartments before make-ready.
• Cleans and maintains dumpster/storage areas.
• Completes service requests as assigned.
• Distributes notices and communications to residents as needed.
• Informs supervisor of hazards or dangerous situations.
• Shows courteous resident interactions and handles complaints professionally.
• Follows safety policies and attends required training.
• Other duties as assigned.
