You will perform minor repairs under the Service Manager and support a safe, welcoming environment for residents, with standard daytime hours and weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Property management and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the grounds daily to maintain curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Complete make-ready tasks by removing litter and prep vacants.
• Handle maintenance requests and coordinate with residents as needed.
• Report hazards to supervisor and follow safety procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents.
