Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior appearance and common areas of the community. You will perform grounds maintenance, assist with minor repairs, and help ensure amenities are clean and presentable for residents.

The role requires stamina to work outdoors, weekend availability, and a focus on safety and customer service. Prior property management exposure is helpful, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in property management preferred.
• Background in customer service is desirable.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use company software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Remove litter and debris from common areas and grounds.
• Handle make-ready tasks and assist with minor repairs as directed.
• Process service requests and communicate status to residents.
• Report hazards to the supervisor and maintain safety standards.
• Provide courteous resident interactions and uphold company policies.
