Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum floors as needed.
• Clean management offices, clubrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms.
• Empty trash daily and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Pick up garbage around the property daily.
• Assist maintenance team, including painting and work orders.
